One product, several needs

Loopest brings a café customer’s reward journey and the business’s daily operations into one product. Its public presentation describes a mobile customer experience, QR loyalty, kiosk ordering and a business dashboard through separate entry points. This case study examines that visible product structure. No real customer account, order or private business record was used.

The design problem

A customer may ask how to track a reward, while an owner needs to understand activity across a branch. Combining both tasks on the same opening screen can make navigation harder. The public product page separates customer and business entry points and explains the kiosk journey in its own context. The review focuses on how those distinctions help visitors identify the path relevant to them.

A map of the experience

The customer-facing presentation covers QR participation and reward progress. The business presentation describes branches, team access and campaigns. The kiosk section introduces item options and payment at the counter. Rather than reading these as an unrelated feature list, they can be understood as moments in one visit: join, transact, see progress and prepare to return. Separate but connected paths provide a useful organizing principle.

Evidence and limits

The actual screenshot above was captured from the public homepage on 5 November 2026. Figures in its example-branch preview are illustrative product UI, not measured customer growth or commercial outcomes reported by this portfolio. Signing into the dashboard, creating orders and executing loyalty transactions were outside this review’s scope.

A useful next evaluation

Three future test tasks would be whether visitors choose the correct entry point, whether customers understand reward progress and whether staff can identify an operation’s current stage. These are proposed evaluation questions, not completed user-research findings. A real evaluation would use authorized test accounts and examples without personal records.
